What is a word you feel that too many people use?
An empty canvas on an easel, set up for painting.

Can’t

I can’t.

This 3rd dimensional vibration reality we live in works on vibration. When someone puts the words “I can’t” into their consciousness then speaks it out into the Universe, the Universe listens. It believes you. It reinforces your belief and you know what. You CAN’T.

I held on to this word for a long time. I struggled with work. My marriages. My kids. I struggled with my purpose. My mental health. I struggled amd I was very stuck in , I can’t.

But can you?

Can you find a new job even thought you think no one will hire you because of x,y,z.

Can you leave a dysfunctional relationship even though you are afraid you can’t support yourself or your kids?

Can you improve your health even though you can’t seem to find the time or energy to do it.

Can you make an abundance of money even though you think you dontbhavevthe skills, bthe connections or the money to invest?

Can you?

Every single thing you are comes from the vibrations of your own thoughts, made real. Henry Ford said it, Whether you think you can or you think you can’t, you’re right.

Take 1 thing in your life today – any thing, just 1. Now, say “yes I can, yes I will!” Say it out loud. Say it in your head. MEAN IT.

Come back at the end of the day and comment what you said to yourself and how your day evolved with your new vibration. What did you “can” today??

Yesterday, I was staring at a blank canvas, watching a painting tutorial at my good friend’s home. I love to paint, but I was like. I can’t paint that! However, as the picture evolved, I changed my thinking to I can. Below is my finished painting. I made ot real with both my mind. My intent. And, my action.

What will you make real today? What is your, “can”?

A colorful painting depicting a serene water scene with a small waterfall, lily pads, and flowers in a pond. The artwork is displayed on an easel, surrounded by painting materials.
